Every Company or LLP once it is registerd with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India, it has to file some periodic documents, returns and report with MCA. Non filing of these documents, reports and returns attracts penalty and prosecution. For example, if you do not file declaration of Commencement of Business, the Registrar may strikeoff your company.
